Licensed Esthetician
Natcha, licensed esthetician

Hi, I’m Natcha.

I became an esthetician because I was tired of watching people pour money into products and treatments that worked against their skin. The industry loves a trend. Skin doesn’t.

My approach is simple: read the skin in front of me, protect the barrier first, and choose the gentlest thing that actually gets results. Some visits, that means a peel. Some visits, it means doing less. Either way, you’ll always know why.

Every appointment starts with a real conversation: no pressure, no upsell, no judgment about your current routine. Just a calm room and an honest plan.

I opened a one-room studio where skincare is personal, unhurried, and rooted in real results. The space is intentionally quiet: one guest at a time, soft light, and time to actually relax.

What guides the work

How I practice.

01

Barrier First

A strong, healthy skin barrier is the foundation of everything. We build it up before we ever push it.

Honest Recommendations

If a treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll say so. No add-on you didn’t ask for, no products you don’t need.

Your visit

What an appointment looks like.

  1. A conversation firstThe first ten minutes of your appointment are a consultation: I read your skin, ask about your history and what you’re using at home, and we decide what it needs that day.
  2. A treatment built around your skinNot a fixed protocol. The steps and the strength are chosen for what your skin can handle today. Some visits, that means doing less.
  3. Aftercare you take homeSimple, barrier-first instructions for the days that follow, so the results hold.

It’s one client at a time, by appointment only, so the room is yours for the whole visit.

The space

A private, one-room studio.

Where. On Appleton’s northwest side, minutes from Grand Chute and a short drive from Neenah, Menasha, and Kaukauna. Park on the street in front of the house; it’s a few steps to the door.

Hours. Monday to Friday, 10 to 8. Saturday, 9 to 5. Closed Sunday. By appointment only.

A friendly note. My home studio has three cats. They are kept out of the treatment room, but if you have cat allergies, please let me know before your appointment so we can discuss whether the environment will be comfortable for you.

Being clear

What I don’t do.

Knowing where the work stops is part of the job.

Deeper peels. TCA, VI Peel, phenol and Cosmelan aren’t services here. They work at a depth that belongs with a dermatologist or a physician-led practice. If that’s what your skin needs, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere appropriate.

Skin conditions. Diagnosing a rash, a suspicious mole, or a medical skin condition is outside an esthetician’s scope. I’ll send you to a doctor rather than guess.

Bikini and Brazilian waxing. Not currently. If that changes, the menu will say so.
