The skin on your back has plenty of oil glands and gets a fraction of the attention, and it’s the one place you genuinely cannot reach, which is why congestion there persists for years while everything else improves. For most skin, every four to six weeks, roughly one full skin cycle. Anti-aging work builds best with monthly sessions, and a gentler rhythm may be right while a damaged barrier rebuilds. You’ll get an honest recommendation at your first visit, not a package quota.

How do I prepare for my first facial?

Come as you are: makeup is fine, we’ll cleanse it away. If you use retinoids or strong acids, pause them three to five days before your visit. Please reschedule if you have an active cold sore or sunburn, and if you’re on Accutane or pregnant, message us first so we can choose a safe treatment.
